Who We Are

VendorIntel is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company providing vendor intelligence and relationship management tools to franchise organizations operating in the United States.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, VendorIntel is the data controller for personal information collected through our website and demo intake process. For personal information processed within our platform on behalf of our clients, VendorIntel acts as a data processor.

Collected when you submit a demo request, contact us, or register for access to the platform:

  • Company or franchise brand name

2. Platform Usage Data

Collected automatically when you use the VendorIntel platform as a logged-in user:

3. Vendor Performance Data

Submitted by franchisor clients through the platform in the course of using VendorIntel's core services:

This data is owned by the client organization submitting it. VendorIntel processes it solely to provide the contracted service.

How We Use Your Data

Demo Request Form Data

If you submitted a demo request: The information you provided — your name, email, company, role, and network details — is used solely to contact you about VendorIntel's products and services. We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists, share your details with third parties for their own marketing, or use your information for any purpose unrelated to your VendorIntel inquiry.

Demo request data is stored securely in our CRM system (Airtable). It is accessed only by VendorIntel team members responsible for sales and client communications.

If you submitted a demo request and no longer wish to be contacted, you can opt out at any time by emailing hello@vendorintel.ai with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and we will remove you promptly.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, strictly under confidentiality agreements and only to the extent necessary to perform their services. These include:

  • Airtable — CRM and data storage for demo request and lead information
  • Google Analytics — Website analytics and traffic measurement
  • Email and communication tools — Used for outreach and client communication
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — Hosting and platform operations

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors interact with our site and to improve the experience for everyone.

  • Client platform data — Retained for the duration of the client contract and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by our data processing agreements. On termination, client data is deleted or returned per the terms of the agreement.
  • Website analytics data — Retained per Google Analytics default settings (typically 26 months).

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your Data Rights

Regardless of where you are located, VendorIntel respects your right to understand and control how your personal information is handled. You have the right to:

  • Right to Delete — You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
